Spreading art.
Our focus is on safe exhibitions that allow us to spread art and not disease. We are closely following CDC recommendations and are hopeful that we will be able to reopen in May. Please check back often as our procedures below, as well as our calendar are subject to change based on health and safety developments.
ARTIST MEET & GREETS
Openings will take place in an open-house format with extended hours, rather than our popular two-hour opening receptions. It is yet to be determined if the artists will attend in person or virtually, but we do know that no food or beverages will be served and we will manage the flow and distancing of visitors to keep in line with CDC recommendations. We look forward to sharing with you our newly redesigned front desk area (photos to come) that will help with traffic flow to keep our artists, visitors and proctors safe.
We look forward to seeing you at the CAG!

NEW HOURS AND RESERVED TIME SLOTS
New hours are Friday from 12 to 6, Saturday from 12 to 6 and Sunday from 12 to 4. 20-minute appointment setting will be available to ensure proper distancing and manage capacity in the gallery during your visit. Groups no larger than 10 at one time, please. BE KIND. WEAR A MASK
All visitors over 5 years of age must wear a face-covering (e.g., a mask or bandana-type covering consistent with CDC guidance) while on CAG premises. KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE
The CDC recommends a 6ft distance for safety. Visitors will find a new reception area set-up that guides visitors through the gallery in a single direction. A maximum of 10 people will be permitted on premises at a time. ENHANCED CLEANING
High-touch surfaces are regularly cleaned and sanitized. Please help yourself to hand sanitizer, provided at multiple stations throughout the gallery. For your safety, food and beverages will not be served until further notice, and please refrain from bringing in any open food or beverages to the gallery. CARRY YOUR BELONGINGS
Coat closets will not be available during this time. Please plan on carrying your personal belongings during your visit. |
