"I have a deep interest in vintage machinery, especially vehicles since autobody restoration was my first career. My narrative paintings use symbolism and allow for viewer interpretation but also reflect my concern for the environment as well as national issues. I have used Greek and Roman mythology as well as Native American folklore with vehicles as surrogates for humans. Currently is am painting images seen from the side-view mirror."
