Japanese prints from the private collection of board member Keith Kirsch
​and the permanent collections of the ​Crary Art Gallery and the Crary Home

This exhibition highlights Japanese woodblock prints in the Crary collection, alongside woodblocks collected by Crary Board of Directors member Keith Kirsch. On display are works by masters such as Koson Ohara and Hiroshige, spanning the early 1800s to the mid 20th century. These artists’ sensitive colors, line and composition inspired Western artists starting with the Impressionists in France, up to the present day world-wide.
